障がいを持つ人たちと一緒に藍染めの鯉のぼり作りをしている高野賢二さん。
「LaMano」は、障がいのある人が生き生きと働ける場として設立されたモノづくり工房。
障がいを持つメンバーは自分ができる仕事を、スタッフはそれをお手伝い
。
藍染めの鯉のぼり作りを協力しながら行うことでみんなにとって、この工房が大切な居場所になっています。
一つひとつコツコツと積み上げながら手しごとでモノづくりを行う、高野さんの思い描く未来とは？
Mr. Kenji Takano makes ai-zome, indigo-dyed, koi-nobori with people with disabilities. LaMano is a workshop that was built as a place where people with disabilities can work enthusiastically. Members with disabilities do the jobs that they can, and the staff help them. The ai-zome koi-nobori being made together is something that gives everyone here an important sense of belonging. Being made by hand; one by one; piece by piece… what kind of future does Mr. Takano envision?
