スポーツの持つ可能性を広げたるため、SDGsプロジェクト「＆ONE」を立ち上げたプロバスケットチーム代表の元沢伸夫さん。
毎年、チームに所属する全選手が、クラブが行うべき地域貢献活動をテーマに議論。様々なアイデアを出し合っています。
新鮮野菜の販売や食品ロスを防ぐ活動など、これまで100以上の取り組みを行っています。
地域のプロスポーツが主体で行うSDGs活動が、全国に広がればと願う元沢さんが思い描く未来とは？
Mr.Nobuo Motozawa, a professional basketball team representative, started the SDG project “&One” to increase the range of possibilities for sports. Every year, all of the players on the team have a discussion about what activities that team should undertake to contribute to the community. Various ideas are brought up; like a farmers’ market and activities to combat food loss. The team has already worked on more than a hundred different activities. Mr.Motozawa hopes that SDGs led by regional professional sports teams will spread throughout the country. What kind of future does he see?
