【SDGs】保護犬と人間の新たな幸せをつくる派遣会社（2023/9/30）

保護犬が常に家にいる環境で、犬とともに育った獣医師の寺田かなえさん。
行き場のない保護犬の現状を解消するため、犬とのふれあいを求める人々とマッチングさせる〝犬材“派遣サービスを立ち上げました。
現在、都内の企業へ保護犬を派遣。派遣先からは、世代や部署の垣根を超えた社員間のコミュニケーションが活性化した、と評判は上々。
人と動物が助け合う持続可能な共存システムを構築し実現したいと語る寺田さんの思い描く未来とは？

Having been raised around them and always having rescued dogs around the house, veterinarian Ms. Kanae Terada wanted to do something about the current situation of dogs in animal shelters with nowhere to go. So, she launched a “dog dispatch” service that matches those animals with people who want to interact with dogs. The company is currently dispatching rescue dogs to companies in Tokyo. The companies that have received dogs say it is very popular and that communication between employees has been spread beyond the traditional boundaries of generation or department. Ms. Terada says she wants to make a sustainable system where people and animals coexist, helping each other. What kind of future does she envision?
