【SDGs】完全在宅ワークで障がい者雇用の可能性を広げる（2022 /2/22）

障がいを持つ人たちの働き方の可能性を広げている岡崎正洋さん・・・会社へ通勤する従来のスタイルではなく、テレワークを活用し、完全在宅就労という環境を確立。
１日３回のミーティングは必須。
テレワークでもコミュニケーションが密に取れる職場を作り出しました。
それが結果として障がいのリハビリにつながった社員もいます。
働き方を整えて、たくさんの人の可能性を広げる岡崎さんの思い描く未来とは？

Mr. Masahiro Okazaki, the man who makes it possible for people with disabilities to work freely… Instead of traditionally commuting to work, he established an environment that allows people to completely work from home by utilizing telework. There are three mandatory meetings a day making it possible to have a workplace where close communication is possible even with telework. This has also contributed to the rehabilitation of some employees. Making new ways for people to work, and broadening the possibilities for many people; what kind of future does Mr. Okazaki envision?
