介護業界の人材不足という課題に取り組む秋本可愛さん。
学生時代に介護現場でアルバイトする中で、介護にまつわる多くの課題に対して、若者たちが関心を持っていない現実を知り、介護の領域に多くの若者が関わる機会を作るために起業。
介護事業者に対して、採用支援や若手職員の研修などを行っています。
多くの人にとって介護が身近になる中、介護職員の知識や経験が生かせる環境が広がってほしいと語る秋本さんの思い描く未来とは？

Ms. Kaai Akimoto is working on the problem of the shortage of workers in nursing homes. As a student, she had a part-time job at a nursing home and learned that young people were not interested in many of the issues related to nursing care. She started her business to create opportunities for more young people to be involved in nursing care. She provides recruitment support and training for young staff to nursing care providers. As nursing care becomes more and more familiar to many people, what does Ms. Akimoto envision for the future, which she hopes will expand the environment where the knowledge and experience of nursing care workers can be put to use?
