大手企業の人事部を定年まで勤め上げたのち、保育士の補助を行っている加藤 真さん。
とある講演会で知ったシニア世代が行う保育補助〝グランドシッター“が掲げる、社会全体で保育に取り組むというコンセプトに共感し、保育の世界へ飛び込みました。
民間のグランドシッターの資格を習得して活動し、今では新たなグランドシッターの育成にも励んでいます。
保育の知識は社会全体で知ることが大事だと語る加藤さんが思い描く未来とは？

Mr. Makoto Kato is supporting nursery schools after working in HR at a large company and retiring. He attended a lecture and jumped into the world of childcare, drawn by the idea of childcare as a whole society advocated by the concept of a “grand sitter”, childcare assistance provided by seniors. He received a license as a grand-sitter and started working. He is now working to train other grand-sitters. He says that it is important for society to be knowledgeable about child care. What kind of future does Mr. Kato envision?
