【SDGs】美味しい食事で知り学ぶ食の社会問題（2022 /2/8）
駆除や廃棄される害獣などを使って、ケータリング料理を提供している土屋杏理さん。
社会課題を“美味しいご馳走”にした土屋さんのケータリングには、キャビアを採取後に捨てられてしまうシロチョウザメの身や、環境に負荷がかからず飼育が可能なダチョウの料理など、めったに出合うことができないめずらしいメニューがたくさん。
楽しく食べることが食の問題を知るきっかけとなり、大人の食育につなげる土屋さんの思い描く未来とは？
Ms. Anry Tsuchiya provides catering made from animals that were exterminated or being disposed of. The menus created by Ms. Tsuchiya’s catering, which made the issues that society faces into delicious meals, contain many rare items, such as white sturgeon that had been thrown away after collecting caviar, and dishes with ostrich that can be bred without burdening the environment. Enjoying delicious meals gives us a chance to learn about problems in food culture and educating adults about food and nutrition; what kind of future does Ms. Tsuchiya see?
