【SDGs】もったいないとやさしさで成り立つおすそわけ食堂（2023/7/1）
生産者から規格外の野菜などを無料や格安でおすそわけしてもらい、旬の食材を使って日替わり定食を提供している陶山智美さん。
生産や流通の過程で廃棄されてしまう食材を、有効活用できないかと考えていたとき、地域の人から“おすそわけ”をしてもらい感動。
それをヒントに“おすそわけ”で成り立つ食堂をオープンしました。
地域住民の交流の場として“おすそわけ”という思いやりの文化が広がればと語る陶山さんの思い描く未来とは？
Farmers share uneven vegetables for free or at a steep discount with Ms. Chimi Suyama, who uses those seasonal vegetables to make daily lunch specials. When she thought about whether or not food that is disposed of in the process of production or distribution, could be effectively used, she was moved by local people sharing vegetables with her. Taking that as a hint, she opened Osuwake Shokudo (Sharing Cafeteria). She says Osuwake Shokudo is a place where local people can interact, and spread the culture of ‘omoiyari’ through sharing. What kind of future does Ms. Suyama envision?
