女性の結婚や妊娠、出産などのライフイベントに合わせて、働きやすい職場作りをしている遠田文江さん。
美容業界で長く働いてきて、女性の仕事の定着化や勤続年数の低さを目の当たりにし、現状を変えたいと常々思っていたそう。
そこで、フルタイムで働きたい、扶養の範囲で働きたい、などスタッフそれぞれの要望と働き方をマッチさせることに着手。
まずは働く側を幸せにしてからハッピーを届けたい、と願う遠田さんが思い描く未来とは？

Ms. Fumie Toda is making a working environment which is friendly towards women’s life events like marriage and childbirth. Having worked in the beauty industry for a long time, she has always wanted to change the status quo, having seen the entrenchment of women’s work and the shortness of careers. She started to match working conditions to each staff member’s individual desire and preferred working style such as working full-time or more flexible hours that fit the constraints of their dependents. Ms. Toda wants to deliver happiness by making the workers happy first. What kind of future does she envision?
