【SDGs】自然な色にこだわり、野菜本来の色を存分に活かしたクレヨン作り（2022 /5/21）
安心安全な素材、自然な色にこだわったクレヨンの生みの親、木村尚子さん。
木村さんは、夕飯の支度をする中で野菜が持つ色の鮮やかさで絵を描いたら美味しそうだとアイデアをつかみました。
また、規格外などの理由で廃棄される野菜が多いことを知り、地元青森県産の廃棄される野菜をリユースできないか考え、おやさいクレヨンが誕生しました。
日本各地の野菜を使ったご当地の輪を広げたいと願う、木村さんが思い描く未来とは？
Ms. Naoko Kimura is the creator of crayons with natural colors made from safe, reliable ingredients. Ms. Kimura got the idea that the vegetables she prepared for dinner had vibrant colors that would make a delicious looking picture. Also, when she learned that there are many vegetables discarded for various reasons such as being non-standard varieties, She wondered if she could reuse the discarded vegetables from her hometown of Aomori Prefecture, and the vegetable crayon was born. Ms. Kimura hopes to expand using vegetables from all over Japan; what kind of future does she see?
